At the end of the Hana Highway, or Road to Hana, and on the way to the Kipahulu area of the park is the (very) small town of Hana. The isolated town of about 1,200 residents is mostly spread out along the Hana Highway, and acts as a good place to fuel up for the drive back to Kahului or on to Kipahulu. There are also a few restaurants, hotels and stores to pick up supplies, including the famous Hasegawa General Store.
