Open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, this visitor center gets its biggest crowds before its doors event open: the building's deck is a prime viewing spot for sunrise. The visitor center has cultural and historic exhibits and a store operated by the Hawaii Pacific Parks Association.
