Oasis Visitor Center Details

The building that houses the Oasis Visitor Center was originally an aircraft hanger. Enjoy a few different exhibits about the natural and cultural history of the preserve, including a film and a bookstore. There's park service staff on hand to answer any questions you may have. Public restrooms are available, and the visitor center is open year round with the exception of Christmas Day. Call 239-695-1201 for more information and to inquire about off road-vehicle permits in the Big Cypress preserve, which are issued here.
