Spring House Details
Another shoulder-season only speciality. Sign up for the most strenuous hike in the park to tour the largest unearthed cliff dwelling. This site is especially fragile, so you can't actually walk inside Spring House, but you can get excellent views. Plan on an 8 hour, 8 mile guided hike with a 1500 foot elevation change, steep drop offs, switchbacks, and one small ladder. Pack your own lunch, snacks, and a minimum of one gallon of water per person; shade is limited, so wear a hat! Spring House Tours are $40 per person, limited to 10 people, Sunday and Wednesday at 8am, May 1 - May 25 and September 11 - October 12. Buy tickets at [www.recreation.gov](http://www.recreation.gov/) or by calling 1-877-444-6777.
