Boulder Creek Details
This crystal clear body of water runs through the heart of Boulder and provides guests a refreshing escape from the hot sun. The entire creek is over 5-miles long, although only certain parts of it are deep enough for swimming. The sections next to Eben G. Fine Park and the Boulder Farmers Market are your best bets for swimmable waters. Besides swimming, this creek is also a great spot to go tubing. In fact, it is considered one of the best lazy rivers in the US by Mens Journal. You can bring your own equipment or rent a tube from one of the shops near the banks to enjoy a leisurely float along the rapids.
