Only a few areas in Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park are accessible to individuals with mobility impairments. On the North Rim, these include Balanced Rock Overlook and the North Rim Ranger Station restrooms. On the South Rim, the Visitor Center and its restrooms are accessible, and the Visitor Center's film is accessible for those with hearing and visual impairments.
