The Conservancy creates opportunities for individuals to experience and connect with the park and has funded over 530 completed projects with more than $100 million in grants. Funding supports activities like trail restoration, installing bear-proof lockers, wildlife preservation, habitat restoration, and outdoor education. The Yosemite Conservancy also recruits hundreds of volunteers each year to repair trails, remove invasive species, and provide visitor information.
