There are plenty of options to explore Yosemite on horseback or stock should you be looking to take advantage of the park's trails. All designated trails within the park are open to stock use (unless otherwise noted), except in the Valley, where you must use bridal paths if traveling with stock. However, you should make reservations in advance, as there isn't always space. If you are staying in the front country, you can have stock at Wawona Campground, Bridalveil Creek Campground and Tuolumne Meadow Campground, and, again, reservations are required.
