You can explore Yosemite National Park via bicycle on the over 12 miles of paved paths throughout the park or on any of the regular auto roads. Don't expect to do any mountain biking in Yosemite though, as off trail riding is prohibited. Hours vary slightly due to weather or seasonal conditions but are generally 12 noon-6 p.m. Rental rates are $12/hour and $34/day.
