Ranger Led Programs Details
There are ranger-led programs in quite a few areas of both parks, presented by both rangers and naturalists with the Sequoia Parks Conservancy. Schedules vary depending on the season and the area of the park. Programs are held year round, but the widest variety of programs takes place from late June through August; check visitor centers and bulletin boards for details. Programs and guided walks take place in the Foothills, Mineral King, Giant Forest/Lodgepole, Grant Grove, and Cedar Grove areas. The Wuksachi Lodge and John Muir Lodge also host programs.
