The North Fork Trail starts at the end of North Fork Road and follows the North Fork of the Kaweah River through chaparral and oak woodland for about 6.5 miles one way before climbing 2,400 feet through oak grassland and mixed conifer forest to Hidden Springs. Take note that ticks and rattlesnakes can be hazards on this infrequently traveled Foothills route.
