The Crescent City Information Center contains information, exhibits, a bookstore, a live video feed from the Castle Rock National Wildlife Refuge, parks passport stamps, Junior Ranger activity booklets, restrooms, and a picnic area. The phone number is 707-465-7335. The Information Center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from spring through fall, and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in winter. All visitor centers are closed on Thanksgiving, Dec. 25, and Jan. 1.
