Texas Springs Campground Details

Typically open from late fall through April 15, Texas Springs Campground is a first come, first served campground perched in the hills above Furnace Creek in Death Valley National Park. The elevated setting offers expansive desert views and a bit more privacy, along with scattered trees that provide limited shade. Generators are not allowed, creating a quieter camping experience. Each site includes a picnic table and fire grate. Fees are paid at self service stations located at the campground entrance and in the upper loop. The campground has 106 sites, including 26 tent only sites. There are no electric hookups. Seasonal amenities include trash collection, potable water, flush toilets, and a dump station. There is no cell service, internet connectivity, laundry, or on site camp store. Staff presence is seasonal. Operating dates and services are subject to change.
