Bechers Bay Details

Once you arrive at Santa Rosa Island, you will disembark your boat at Bechers Bay on the island's northeast coast. If you're up for a bit of exploration, take a walk just east of the pier for good tidepooling spots. Easy, moderate, and strenuous hiking trails begin from the Bechers Bay landing, but if you'd rather take it easy during your visit, enjoy a picnic instead. Keep in mind that day trips to Santa Rosa Island via Island Packers, the park-authorized concessionaire, are available only April through early November.
