Yes, it's far away, but it's a first rate national park that's certainly worth the visit. **Are there health risks?** No, not for those with average health. Necessary medications should be brought with you, as there are very limited resources on the island. If you need serious medical attention it is very likely you will have to be flown to Honolulu, Australia, or New Zealand. Tropical diseases like malaria, dengue fever, cholera are very uncommon in American Samoa. **I've heard about a dress code...?** No, there is no official dress code, but be aware that Samoans are modest.
