Don't expect the best service while on the island, but there are a couple of cell carriers who have towers on the island. Your 4G will work, but your service may not. If you want to use your own phone with your current sim card, you'll need to activate international roaming. You can also buy a sim card at a retail kiosk at the airport in Samoa if you choose. But remember the Chimani App will work without cell service or wifi!
