Swift Trail Parkway Details

The twists and turns of this 35-mile drive make their way towards the summit of Mount Graham. Although the steep incline of over 7,500 feet is a winding journey, it boasts some of the best views over the Sonoran Desert and Southern Arizona in general. Your drive ends at the placid 11-acre reservoir, Riggs Flat Lake, a popular destination for fishing and hiking. Although the entire journey should not take you longer than 2 hours, it is entirely possible to spend a few days in this area. Because most of this road is in Coronado National Forest, there are plenty of campsites where you can rest for the night.
