Northwestern Lagoon Details

The Port Graham Village Corporation owns the land at Northwest Lagoon, which is also referred to as Otter Cove. The cove is home to many sea otters and harbor seals, as you might have guessed. A special permit from the corporation is required to camp or enter the area above the mean high-tide line. The cove contains several good campsites and plenty of trees for hanging your food (there is no food-storage locker).
