Located a mile north of the Denali National Park entrance, the Nenana Canyon area -- a.k.a. "Glitter Gulch" -- is home to hotels, restaurants, shops, and bars serving summer visitors to Denali. You can access this retail district by car, via the Parks Highway Bike Trail, or on foot by following the Jonesville Trail. The Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge is located here; with 656 rooms, it is by far the largest hotel in the region.
