Johnny Horn Trailhead Details
The Johnny Horn trailhead can be found in Coral Bay off Highway 10, just east of the Emmaus Moravian Church. A steep, unnamed road leads to the trailhead, and you can park along the road as long as you're out of the way and not on private property. The Johnny Horn Trail meets up with the Brown Bay Trail about 0.7-miles into the trip. If you take Brown Bay Trail it's 1.5 miles to the trail's end on East End Road, 1.2 miles from the church. The Johnny Horn Trail also connects with the Leinster Bay Trail at its northern end. Alternatively, you can park at the Annaberg Sugar Plantation and hike the one-mile Leinster Bay Trail to the Johnny Horn Trail, which then takes you 1.8 miles south to its terminus at Base Hill (pronounced "Boss") near Highway 10 by the Moravian Church.
