From the Redearth Creek trail (the shortest and most popular route), the lodge is a moderate 14 kilometer (8.7 mile) hike, and will take you about four to five hours to get there. Once there, you'll find comfortable cabins in which to relax, and terrific dining on which to recharge is served family-style so you can get to know your fellow hikers. Once at the lodge, a number of day hikes are at the ready for exploration, ranging from easy to strenuous and varying distances. The lodge is open for the summer season (late-June through late-September) and the winter season (late-January through late-March), and is 13 kilometers (9 miles) from the nearest road.
