Camp Parker Warden Cabin Details
The Camp Parker Warden Cabin is located on the northwest bank of Nigel Creek within Banff National Park, near the South Boundary Trail. Its main intention when built in 1953, was to serve as an outpost for wardens who are on boundary patrol, controlling poaching and visitor activities within the park. The cabin serves as an important landmark to hikers, backpackers, skiers and snowshoers, and is listed on Canada's Historic Places and the Canadian Register, and is a Federal Heritage Building.
