Brewster Creek Details
If you're riding the Sundance or Healy Creek trail and want to add some distance to your ride, consider the Brewster Creek Trail. Once you meet at the junction, the Brewster Creek trail steadily climbs a double track to the Brewster Creek valley and on to the Sundance Lodge. After resting a bit, turn back around and ride back to where you started. A few things to consider before ridging the Brewster Creek trail: the trail isn't suitable for beginners, it's used by commercial horse traffic, and it is not advisable to ride in wet conditions. Also, services at Sundance Lodge are for guests only, so keep that in mind as well, and plan your ride accordingly.'Trail guides and cycling maps are available, and be sure to follow the park's rules and regulations to make the most of your ride: be bear aware; ride on designated trails; avoid riding during extreme conditions; help preserve the trails' quality; know your limits; yield to other riders; and, of course, leave no trace. **Trail Type:** Out and Back **Difficulty:**moderate **Distance:** 17 kilometers round trip (10.6 miles) **Trailhead**: Cave and Basin National Historic Site or Sunshine Road **Connector**: Sundance or Healy Creek
