This waterfall, located near Paradise, plunges 188 feet in two different sections: The upper tier drops 168 feet down a cliff face and into a canyon, while the 20-foot lower tier plunges into a small pool. State Road 706, known as the Road to Paradise, crosses the falls in between its two piers. The upper tier freezes come wintertime, making this icefall a popular destination for climbers.
