Built in 1927 by the National Park Service, the White River Patrol Cabin first served as the White River Campground Ranger Station. Now part of the Mount Rainier National Historic Landmark District, the cabin was used as a patrol cabin due to its location on the Wonderland Trail. The three-room structure was remodeled in 1948.
