Kuloa Point Trail Details

The easy, 0.6-mile Kuloa Point Trail in the park's Kipahulu area takes you from the visitor center to scenic Kuloa Point, overlooking the ocean. Along the way you'll pass an outdoor exhibit on Hawaiian culture, including the reproduction of a traditional hale, or house, and the trail to Ohe'o Gulch. At the overlook, you'll have an unobstructed view of 'Alenuihaha Channel and, in the distance, the Big Island of Hawaii.
