The 2-mile loop trail starts and ends at mile 14.74 of Denali Park Road, heading up one side of the river, crossing a bridge, and returning on the other side. The first half-mile of the trail is wheelchair-accessible. If you're driving and you're lucky, you'll get one of the handful of parking spaces at the trailhead; otherwise, use the free Savage River Shuttle to get here. Expect this easy hike to take about 1.5 hours to complete.
