Twin Falls Trail Details

Twin Falls gives you a two-for-one waterfall sighting at one spot. A boat ride across Two Medicine Lake shaves off the bulk of the mileage for this hike. Not only will you save energy and up to 6 miles of hiking round-trip, you also can learn about the area from the staff presentation during the water shuttle. The hike to Twin Falls is an easy walk in the woods. The two falls are separated by about 50 feet before they converge again near the trail. They are especially full in the spring and early summer when the snow is melting in the mountains. Remember, Glacier is grizzly country. Carry bear spray, make noise and travel in groups. The trailhead is at the Two Medicine Boat Dock.
