Seminole State Park Details

Seminole State Park sits on a cove of a 37,500 acre reservoir called Lake Seminole. The park has one of the largest longleaf pine forests in Georgia and an abundance of wildlife to be seen including, alligators, raptors, and the state reptile, the gopher tortoise. Visitors can enjoy the nature trails and lodge in one of the camping areas or cottages. The park also recently built a group shelter that is able to fit approximately 200 people and even offers tree houses that sleep up to fifteen.
