Lincoln Trail State Park is located in Clark County, Illinois, and is situated on 1,023 acres of land. Established in 1958, the Lincoln Trail Lake is the main attraction of the park. Hiking and wildlife photography are popular activities at the park, as well as boating, hunting, and fishing, which are allowed with proper permits and licenses. Campers have a variety of campsites to choose from, and a concession stand is on-site carrying snacks, ice, bait, tackle, and offering rowboat and paddleboat rentals. In the winter, ice skating and ice fishing are allowed so long as the conditions permit them to be conducted safely.
