Gatlinburg Trail Details

Bicycles are not permitted on most park trails, however, this walking trail, which travels 1.9 miles between Sugarlands Visitor Center and the edge of Gatlinburg, TN, is open to cyclists. The trail remains fairly level, passing the remains of a once-prosperous homestead, and offering quiet, picturesque of the Little Pigeon River. Cycling along this trail is a great, easy, and green way of traveling between the park and the city, and avoids much of the traffic surrounding park entrances and roads!
