If you want to get your family out for a mountain bike ride, or take an easier ride yourself, check out the Sundance trail. This paved trail easily accommodates families with kids and even bike trailers, winding along the Bow River before gently climbing to Sundance Canyon. Here, you can all enjoy a picnic and the creekside hiking trail, as this area is popular with hikers as well. Be sure to bring a bike lock so you can enjoy as much time as you like before riding back to the start.
