Big Island View Details
Big Island View lies right on the edge of the road, and you barely have to open your car door to feel how close you are to the edge of the canyon. This viewpoint offers you a glimpse "Big Island", the large outcropping in the middle of the canyon with the spruce trees on top. The further south you travel in the canyon, the further apart the walls get. From Big Island View, you are able to look both north and south and see the dramatic change in the canyon's width.
