Signal Peak Trail Details

From the island visitor center in Landing Cove, take the trail southwest, gradually climbing up the peak, the highest point on Santa Barbara Island. From the top, you'll enjoy views of nearby Sutil Island. When you're ready, turn right back around and make your way back to the visitor center where you started. Restrooms and a campsite can also be found in Landing Cove. Portions of the trail are subject to closure when pelicans are nesting January through August, and hikers are required to stay on the trails for their own safety and to protect vegetation and nesting seabirds.
