Diablo Dam Details
The southernmost of the Skagit River Hydroelectric Project's three dams, Diablo Dam is a historic functioning structure that spans the end of Diablo Lake and provides almost 20 percent of Seattle's electricity. Access to the dam itself is extremely limited, but visitors approaching the area on State Route 20 will be granted good views of the dam and the bright, blue-green waters of the reservoir behind it.
