Castolon Store Details
Sharing the La Harmonia building with the Castolon Visitor Center, the Castolon Store has the basics waiting for you all year long. From groceries and camping supplies to souvenirs, Castolon Store is one of three camping stores in the park serving weary travelers as it did back in its heyday when an outpost like La Harmonia had everything. Castolon Store used to house a post office, doctor, hardware store, bank, notary, grocery, farm store all under one roof. The original owner named it La Harmonia because he hoped it would be a peaceful place for both his Mexican and American clientele. While it serves fewer purposes than before, the Castolon Store in La Harmonia is still a place for people to come and get what they need in a peaceful and historic environment. Restrooms are available at the Store.
