Pringle, S.D. Details
Pringle is a small town located on the eastern side of Black Hills National Forest, at the junction of Highway 385 and Route 89. The town is perhaps best known as a stomping ground for the Fundamentalist Church of the Latter Day Saints. Renegade preacher Warren Jeffs built a large compound in this area several years ago. On North Street, in town, the Hitchrail bar and restaurant serves American cuisine in a saloon-style building modeled after an old frontier town. You can also check out the Bicycle Sculpture, a giant art piece made up of old bicycle parts.
