Boland Ridge Trail Details
This is a strenuous trail. Your 2.7-mile (one-way) journey will start with a climb up Boland Ridge, and end with panoramic views of the park as well as Battle Mountain, Red Valley, and the Black Hills. The trail climbs around 400 feet, so estimate two to four hours for this hike. With its unobstructed views, Boland Ridge is a popular place to view sunrises or sunsets. The trailhead is located off NPS-6.
