Bike Rentals Details
Inside the park: Bicycles are available for rent from only one location within the park - Century Cycles in the Village of Peninsula. The Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail runs adjacent to the store. Rates are $9 per hour for a bicycle, $10 per hour for a trailer, and $5.00 per hour for a tag-a-long. The store has a limited number of parking spaces available. There is parking available on the public streets in the Village of Peninsula and the Lock 29 Trailhead (limited parking as well). Century Cycles is open year-round, but bike rentals may not be available at certain times due to weather and trail conditions.
