Cosby Nature Trail Details
This easy, level trail forms a short loop though a particularly lush forest. The path, which is actually a narrow gravel road, follows Crosby Creek over small footbridges and around small marshes. Lined by towering hemlocks and delicate ferns, the shady, winding trail is known for a gorgeous display of trillium, foamflower, and bleeding heart in the early spring, as well as the abundance of rainbow trout and salamanders inhabit the creek.
