This hike starts with incredible scenery along the eastern shore of Two Medicine Lake, with views of Tepee Peak, Lone Walker Mountain, and Flinsch Peak forming a postcard-worthy scene. You'll hike by several small beaver ponds in prime moose habitat: the animals are often seen in the area. The overlook offers incredible views of the valley and nearby mountains. Remember, Glacier is grizzly country. Carry bear spray, make noise and travel in groups. Access is via the South Shore trailhead near the Two Medicine Boat Dock parking area.
