Sullivan Bay Trail Details
This easy trail starts on the right side of Meadow Road, the Ash River Visitor Center access road, a few miles before the visitor center and on the north side of the bridge crossing a finger of Sullivan Bay. It runs for three quarters of a mile to an overlook of the bay. This trail used to be a road, so the way is relatively flat and even. You will hike up a small hill at the end of the trail, and enjoy great views of Sullivan Bay, a tributary of Kabetogama Lake, from the top. The trail gains around 56 feet in elevation and takes about two hours round-trip; it is also used for snowshoeing in the winter.
