Kabetogama Lake Visitor Center Details
The Kabetogama Lake Visitor Center is located on County Road 122, off I-53. There is an information desk here where you can purchase boat tour tickets, check in for your campground, or rent a canoe or kayak. You can also take advantage of the bookstore, informational exhibits, children's activity table, accessible restrooms, and a movie theater where an informational film about the park plays on a continuous loop. Next to the visitor center building, there is a free public boat launch and a dock where tour boats dock. Stop in to the visitor center for more information on other ranger-led tour options, which occur daily throughout the park. This visitor center is only open from June through August, closed for the winter. The Kabetogama visitor center is open only in the summer, from late May to late September, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
