Ash River Campground Details
This public campground is located at the end of County Road 129, "The Ash River Trail," just past the turn off for the Ash River Visitor Center. The sites here are primitive, with a cleared tent space (no platform), picnic table and fire pit. Communal toilets, garbage cans and drinking water are also available. Sites cost $14 per night and are first come, first served, no reservations required. From the campground, you can access many of the park's hiking trails. You can also use the public boat launch for whitewater paddling on the Ash River, or take the short drive to the Ash River Visitor Center boat launch for flatwater paddling options and boat rentals.
