Dyer Hutchinson Trail Details

As a connecting trail between the Winnick Woods and Cross Hill Preserve, the Dyer-Hutchinson Trail is a nice and easy half-mile stroll through Maine's forested land. Rambling past open fields, and crossing boardwalks over fern-covered forest floors, visitors will feel right at home in these fairy tale grounds. Interestingly, the land was originally set aside as a preserved area for its historic significance but is now also partially used as a Christmas tree farm, making winter a busy time to stop in.
