Mt. Coe Trail Details

A junction off the Marston Trail, the trail begins on the Park Tote Road, at a parking site near the Slide Dam Picnic Area. Follow the Marston Trail for 1.3 miles before turning right onto the Mt. Coe Trail. The elevation here will be 2100 feet. The Mt. Coe Trail will return the Marston Trail in the saddle between the North and South Brother Mountains. Ascend the Mt. Coe slide, crossing a small stream frequently. This can be difficult footing as the slide is gravel, loose rock, and large granite. The trail junctions with the O-J-I Link Trail at 3.8 miles. Continue on and reach the head of the slide and continue steep ascent to the summit. The trail descent along the north ridge of Mt. Coe. The trail junctions with South Brother Trail at 4.3 miles and terminates at 4.8 miles at the junction with the Marston Trail.
