Bear Gulch Cave Details
Bear Gulch Cave is one of two talus caves at Pinnacles National Park. Created by fallen rocks, the cave is home to a protected colony of Townsend big-eared bats. To protect the bats, visitors are only allowed inside the lower half of the cave from mid-July to mid-May. The entire cave is closed to the public for the remainder of the year.
