Indian Cove Road Details
As you might suspect, this is the access road to the Indian Cove section of Joshua Tree National Park. Take Indian Cove Road south from Highway 29 in Twentynine Palms, Calif.; you'll see a Ranger station shortly after entering the park where you pay your entry fee. Indian Cove features a campground, picnic area, and a trailhead for the Boy Scout Hiking and Equestrian Trail. Bikes are welcome in Joshua Tree on any road open to vehicles, including backcountry roads.
