Gold Rose Well Details

Thought to have been built in the 1930s or 1940s, by the mid-1960s the area featured a 450-foot deep well with a pump and a 2,000-gallon storage tank. The privately owned property was managed by a caretaker, Walt Rose. Water was used domestically and was also transported to other area residents.
