The ADA complaint Salt Creek Interpretive Trail is a one-mile loop trail with a boardwalk that follows the Salt Creek, habitat for rare Salt Creek Pupfish and a frequent stopover for waterfowl. You can see the pupfish from the boardwalk; the best time to go is in late winter or early spring. Access the trailhead from the Salt Creek Road off Highway 190, just north of Beatty Junction.
